Metal Spinning Targets, Inc. is located in LeRoy, NY, a rural farm community in Western New York.

The company was founded by David Kasinski, a professional drafter / designer, and avid outdoors man & hunter. Dave combined his shooting hobby with his professional skills to design metal targets for shooting practice. Dave's unique, high-quality targets began to gain popularity with shooting enthusiasts throughout New York, and later, across the US. His efforts eventually led to the building of Metal Spinning Targets, Inc. Customers included police shooting ranges nationwide, the Circle K Regulators (a group of shooting cowboys), and countless others that enjoy the sport.

After several years of operations and nearly 10,000 targets produced, we continue to extend our range by using our website and through word-of-mouth of our valued customers and friends.
